Marek Makowski is a writer whose work has recently appeared in venues such as The New Republic, Chicago Tribune, Hyperallergic, Los Angeles Review of Books, Public Books, and World Literature Today. He teaches courses about writing, Shakespeare, and the self in the time of social media at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
